Welcome to ganttLify ("App") provided by Antoine Aoun ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect will signify your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
